Cancellation Policy
Severe weather, lack of snow or unsafe conditions may force cancellation or modification of the Great Glen Nordic 300.

-In the event of a cancellation there will not be a weather date and a 50% refund on individuals’ registration fees will be given.  In the event that the Great Glen Nordic 300 is cancelled after bib pick-up, only those racers who picked up their bibs will be refunded the 50%, racers who do not pick up their bibs will not be eligible for refunds.

-The Mt. Washington Summit Road Co. dba Great Glen Trails reserves the right to modify the Great Glen Nordic 300 to accommodate weather or course conditions.  No refunds will be given if the race is held in a modified form.

Registrants are required to acknowledge having read this cancellation policy before registering for the Great Glen Nordic 300.
